Partial Lunch Sponsor $1,500
Includes onsite recognition as the partial lunch sponsor, 1 exhibit table, and choice of exhibit location.

No vendor table included.

Hotel Information
KSIA has negotiated a special room rate of $139/night, plus taxes and fees. Click here to make your hotel reservations online BEFORE April 30.
 

Set-up 
Vendor table set up is 6:00-9:00pm the evening prior to the Conference and after 5:30am the day of the Conference. TABLES MUST BE SET BY 7:00am. Your vendor table may be in a public area without security. KSIA is not responsible for any items left on vendor tables. Your representative(s) should be present from approximately 7:00am to 3:30pm. 

 

Location 
Vendor tables will be inside the Crowne Ballroom at the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport. 

 

Cancellation Policy 
Cancellations require written notice explaining why your company is unable to attend. Refunds are at the discretion of the Board of Directors and are on a case-by-case basis. All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee. No cancellations are accepted after April 26.

 

Kids Chance of Kentucky Silent Auction 
KSIA’s Conference will feature a Silent Auction fundraiser for Kids Chance of Kentucky (kidschanceky.org). We request vendors/sponsors participate by bringing a donation (gift basket/item) for the silent auction.
